Lisa Goodison Faden, Esquire

Lisa Goodison Faden, Esquire received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University in 1984. She attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, graduating in 1992 with honors and in the top four percent of her class. She was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and competed in labor law competitions.

Ms. Faden has successfully litigated jury trials and compulsory, contractual and private arbitrations to verdict in state court, federal court and in alternative dispute resolution forums in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts. She has also successfully argued a matter of first-impression before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Faden concentrates her practice in various areas of insurance defense litigation. She has extensive experience in matters involving auto liability, commercial motor vehicle claims, property and casualty insurance fraud, first and third-party benefits, bad faith, uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits, property claims, medical malpractice, nursing home, products liability, and commercial litigation. She serves as a Certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program.  She is a member of The Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC).

Ms. Faden is active in many community service endeavors. She served as an elected Judge of Elections in Upper Dublin Township. She remains an active volunteer for local, state and federal elections. She volunteered with the Arthritis Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania for 25 years and volunteers with other organizations including The American Cancer Society and The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Ms. Faden served as Chair of the Upper Dublin Human Relations Commission from 2017-2023.
