Robert F. Cerino, Esquire

Robert F. Cerino, Esquire is a 1981 graduate of LaSalle College with a B.S., cum laude, in Finance. He received his J.D. in 1986 from The Dickinson School of Law, where he competed on the school's trial moot court team. Mr. Cerino is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Cerino concentrates his practice in commercial and personal lines casualty defense litigation. He has handled a wide variety of cases involving injury and damage claims and catastrophic losses from auto and truck accidents, premises liability, fires, building construction site and building envelope issues, Dram Shop Liability, product liability, professional negligence, employment practices, discrimination, and asbestos exposure. Mr. Cerino has handled thousands of cases, tried several dozen cases to verdict in state and federal courts, briefed and argued state and federal court appeals, tried hundreds of court and private arbitrations, and resolved many cases through mediation. He has made numerous legal educational and mock trial presentations to various insurance claim representatives, managers, and attorneys.
